A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/portaria-mte-n-765-de-15-de-maio-de-2025-629790381\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MTE Ordinance No. 765 of May 15, 2025<\/a>has postponed the start to May 26, 2026, guaranteeing an extra year to plan, test and implement its psychosocial risk management programs with legal and technical certainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This extension invites organizations to strengthen their preventive strategy, train their teams and adopt effective tools before the inspection actually begins.
