Among the most inspiring moments we've highlighted this year, we can clearly see the positive impact of our initiatives:
- Launch of Map of CalorAn innovative tool that has helped our clients to identify and act on critical points in inclusion, providing valuable data so that companies can make more assertive decisions.
- Expansion of awareness programsWith a real impact on leading companies, we have managed to bring the message of diversity and inclusion to more people, helping to promote more equitable working environments.
- Launch of the Brand PositioningA pioneering initiative that provides companies with a detailed overview of their diversity and inclusion practices, allowing them to compare them with the market and identify opportunities to evolve in building more inclusive and diverse environments.
These milestones are just a reflection of the work we do together, and we have much more to celebrate. Throughout 2024, PlurieBR has had a direct impact:
- 7 thousand people were impacted by external and free events.
- 6 thousand people participated in exclusive events for the PlurieBR customer community, such as the Plural Conversations and lectures we promote.
- 21 thousand people were impacted considering all events and broadcast channels, including the Web Summit, CMEC, Pateo 76, and more.
- 11 thousand users active on the PlurieBR platform, a growing community of professionals committed to change.
Our customers' satisfaction also speaks for itselfwe obtained an NPS of 85This reflects the engagement and trust of the companies that believe in our work. We are reviewing the data to confirm this figure, but it is already a great reflection of the positive impact generated.
